Position: Ad Ops/Digital Buyer (Full-time)
Location: Hybrid – Whistler or Vancouver office and home
Salary: $55,000–$75,000 CAD, commensurate with experience

About the Role:
In addition to buying digital media, you’ll manage trafficking, ad serving, GTM implementation, dashboarding, and campaign measurement, ensuring seamless delivery, optimized campaigns, and accurate reporting. This position is ideal for someone with at least 4 years’ experience in digital media buying and ad operations, looking to grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic digital media plans aligned with client objectives
- Manage ad operations including trafficking, ad serving (CM360), GTM set-up and auditing, and dashboarding (Looker Studio or similar)
- Oversee QA processes and pacing workflows
- Optimise campaigns across platforms such as DV360, Google Ads (Search), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snap, and others
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior staff on digital best practices
- Present results and recommendations to clients in both written and verbal formats
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital/media companies, with hands-on buying and ad operations expertise
- Proficiency in DV360, CM360, Dashboard tools, GTM, Google Ads (Search), Meta, and other relevant platforms
- Post-secondary education of any kind is required; a degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Media is an asset
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and follow-through
- Excellent written communication and growing confidence in client-facing verbal communication

About the Role:
The Digital Coordinator will support the digital team by owning quality assurance, monitoring the pacing tracker, producing digital reports, and learning to buy digital media. This is a growth-oriented role with hands-on training and mentorship, ideal for someone early in their career with a keen interest in digital media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance across omnichannel digital campaigns, deliver digital trafficking documents, assist with ad tracking set-up.
- Maintain and monitor the digital pacing tracker, ensuring campaigns deliver against budget
- Compile and share digital performance reports
- Receive training to buy digital media, including paid social and search campaigns
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education of any kind is required; a degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Media is an asset
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and desire to learn
- Ideally, some experience buying social and/or search campaigns (even small budgets or coursework). Meta & Google Ads experience preferred but not required
